• Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to your event for a full refund. Initial booking deposits (40%) are non-refundable within 60 days of an event.

    • Play at your own risk

    • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

    • Shoes are not allowed in the enclosed play area

    • No glitter, face painting, markers, pens, crayons or other writing tools are allowed to be used within the play area

    • No food, candy, gum or beverages are allowed within the play area

    • Play equipment is for children ages 6 and under

    • No pets or sharp objects are allowed within the play area

    • For the safety of users and staff, children and adults that are unwell may not use the play area

  • Contact us at bowvalleyplay@gmail.com with the play package and add on products you are interested in, as well as the date(s) of your event. We will respond within 24 hours with a Rental Agreement form for your execution. A 40% deposit is required at time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

    The remaining 60% is due 48 hours before your event. Deposits may be paid via e-transfer or credit card. If the balance is not paid in full within this time period, the rental will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Currently we serve Canmore, Dead Man’s Flats, Exshaw and Banff. Delivery and pick up is included in all pricing for events in Canmore. An additional fee of $30 will apply to all rentals outside Canmore.

  • There are risks, both known and unknown, using any play equipment, including, but not limited to physical injury, emotional injury, distress, paralysis and even death. The risk of serious injury from participating in use of rental equipment, although minimal, does exist, as it does in all play and amusement activities. All equipment rentals are play at your own risk. Bow Valley Play, owners, staff and agents are not responsible for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. Renters must read, understand and agree to the terms of the Rental Agreement prior to confirmed booking. If the equipment is returned in an unacceptable condition such as damaged or dirty condition, the Renter will be charged for the repair or replacement of such equipment.
